Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on needs and skin type.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point of sale system.

Sales & Merchandising

• Set up and refresh product displays to keep the shop tidy and easy to browse.
• Support promotions and suggest add-on products to help meet store sales goals.

Operations & Stock

• Receive deliveries, check invoices, and restock shelves to maintain availability.
• Perform regular stock counts and report discrepancies to store management.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• SPM or equivalent certificate preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• 0 years of retail experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic numeracy.
• Basic knowledge of organic skincare or willingness to learn product details.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly, patient, and comfortable speaking with a variety of customers.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends.
