Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Greet and advise customers with friendly, product-focused conversations that match needs to our organic range.
• Handle point of sale transactions accurately and assist with simple customer enquiries and returns.

Store Operations

• Maintain stock levels, perform daily inventory checks, and support stock replenishment to keep shelves tidy and available.
• Keep the store clean, organised, and compliant with basic health and safety standards.

Merchandising & Sales

• Create and refresh product displays to highlight promotions and seasonal ranges, helping improve in-store conversion.
• Assist with basic sales reporting and share customer feedback to help the team refine product assortment and offers.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in lifestyle, beauty, or F&B environments.
• Secondary education or equivalent; any retail training or short courses are a plus.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash accurately, with basic numeracy for sales reconciliation.
• Familiarity with inventory tasks, stock rotation, and basic visual merchandising principles.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Communicative and polite, able to listen to customer needs and explain product benefits clearly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, with a positive attitude toward teamwork and learning.
