Responsibility :

1. Create high-end 3D hard surface and organics modeling base on concept design as required by superior within timely manner. 
2. Apply material and texture on geometry based on the design.
3. Collaborate with the team to create a syllabus that meets industry needs. 
4. Meet up to Clazroom quality and standards.
5. To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of teaching programmes in accordance with the college’s strategy, policy and procedure.
6. To implement feedback from program reviews and research new innovations in both learning design and education.
7. To design, develop, learn and teach material and deliver either a cross a range of modules or within a subject area.
8. Ensure that syllabus designs and delivery comply with quality standards and regulations of the college.
9. Select appropriate assessment and criteria, assess the work and progress of students by referring to the criteria and provide constructive feedback to students
10. Identify areas where current provision is in need of revision or improvement and contribute to the planning, design and development of objectives and material
11. Assist recruitment team in school visitation, studio visitation and recruitment process.
12. Create and support marking material, including some marketing event like open day and exhibition.
    
    

Job Requirements

1. Minimum two (2) years of 3D modeling experience for lecturer.
2. Excellent organizational and management skills. Ability to work efficiently with various personalities and different work styles.
3. Ability to work independently and in a team.
4. High level of initiative, flexibility and confidence.
5. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks at a time while remaining efficient and mindful of strict deadlines in a high pressure environment.
6. Self-motivated, great team-player, and able to effectively collaborate with game artist, programmers and the production team.
7. Must have a strong understanding with Zbrush, Maya, Unreal Engine and Substance Painter.
8. BONUS POINTS if you have experience with Unreal Engine 5.
