Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Management

• Plan, strategise, and execute assigned events, workshops, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional activities
• Coordinate event logistics, schedules, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Support on-site event operations and continuously improve the event experience

Digital Marketing

• Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns 
• Create and manage engaging social media content that reflects the Claz'room brand
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach

Student Engagement

• Respond to enquiries professionally through online and offline channels
• Provide information and guide prospective students throughout the enrolment process
• Build positive relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, and industry partners

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel when required
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Looking for a long-term career with opportunities for professional growth and development
