Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and producing high-quality visual content to support Clazroom College's branding, marketing, student recruitment, events, and corporate communication activities.

The role focuses on creating visually engaging, creative, and professional designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency with the College's brand identity and marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of design, creativity, and visual communication, with the ability to translate marketing ideas and campaign objectives into impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Graphic Design & Creative Production

• Conceptualise, design, and produce creative visual materials for the College's branding, marketing, promotional, and corporate purposes.
• Develop marketing collaterals, including posters, brochures, banners, advertisements, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Manage design projects from concept development to final artwork production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  

Social Media & Digital Marketing Design

• Design engaging visual content for the College's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and other relevant digital channels.
• Develop creative assets for digital advertising campaigns, student recruitment promotions, open days, workshops, and other marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts and visual directions that effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.
• Adapt designs into various formats and dimensions suitable for different digital platforms and marketing requirements.

Branding & Corporate Identity

• Maintain and strengthen the College's visual identity across all marketing and communication materials.
• Ensure consistency in branding, design quality, typography, colour schemes, and visual presentation.
• Contribute creative ideas and design concepts to enhance the College's brand positioning and overall visual communication.
• Support the development and improvement of brand guidelines, templates, and other corporate design assets
  
  
  Events, Exhibitions & Promotional Materials
• Design creative materials for College events, exhibitions, education fairs, open days, competitions, workshops, and other promotional activities.
• Prepare event-related artwork, including backdrops, bunting, standees, signage, invitations, and digital displays.
• Coordinate with external printing vendors and suppliers when necessary to ensure accurate production and quality of printed materials.
• Support creative design requirements for industry collaborations, institutional partnerships, and special projects.
  Creative Collaboration & Project Management
• Work closely with the marketing, multimedia, academic, and management teams to understand project objectives and design requirements.
• Translate creative briefs and marketing strategies into effective visual concepts and designs.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting project deadlines.
• Organise and maintain design files, artwork, templates, and creative assets for efficient team collaboration.
• Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing practices, and emerging creative technologies.
  
  Creative Collaboration & Project Management
• Work closely with the marketing, multimedia, academic, and management teams to understand project objectives and design requirements.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field

WORKING EXPERIENCE DESIRED :
Preferably 1–3 years of relevant working experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or digital marketing. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

SPECIAL SKILLS & ABILITY :

● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

● Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, layout composition, and visual communication.

● Experience in designing creative materials for social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.

● Good creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to develop original design concepts.

● Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver quality work within deadlines.

● Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
● A strong portfolio demonstrating creative capabilities, design quality, and versatility is required.
