<li>Lead the Application Process: Act as the primary person-in-charge for all PTPTN matters, guiding students through the application, agreement, and submission stages.</li>
<li>Compliance: Ensure all applications meet the latest PTPTN regulatory requirements and internal college policies.</li>
<li>Liaison: Act as the official point of contact between Clazroom College and PTPTN officers to resolve issues, update student statuses, and manage loan disbursements</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Invoicing &amp; Revenue Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Invoice Issuance: Generate and issue accurate invoices to students via the finance system in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Payment Tracking: Monitor incoming payments and ensure all transactions are updated against the correct student accounts.</li>
<li>Reporting: Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly aging reports and revenue forecasts.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Student Management System (Bursary Module) </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Fees Setup: Configure and maintain the fee structures within the Student Management System (SMS) for various programs and intakes.</li>
<li>Bursary Operations: Manage the full "Fee-to-Collection" workflow, including scholarship applications, discounts, and payment plan adjustments.</li>
<li>Database Integrity: Ensure the bursary module reflects real-time financial standing for every enrolled student.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Inter-departmental Data Liaison</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Data Synchronization: Collaborate closely with the Registry Department to verify student enrollment lists and subject registration.</li>
<li>Credit Hour Validation: Cross-check registered credit hours against financial billings to ensure students are charged accurately based on their actual study load.</li>
<li>Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve any mismatches between academic records and financial statements.</li>
</ul>
