The Candidate Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Drive consistent and effective management and reporting against performance of all digital marketing campaigns including website, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, paid and organic ads / contents, email marketing and such, to identify opportunities, areas for improvement and measure ROI.</li>
<li>Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns and oversee the successful implementation across all digital channels, including both social and traditional media, to drive awareness and conversion while growing and developing new target audiences.</li>
<li>Plan and execute consistent and engaging content, schedules and campaigns across all managed channels such as the corporate website, social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, email marketing, etc.</li>
<li>Identify conversion points and drop-off points in the marketing funnel, and work with the team to optimise our user funnels.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, and lead the continuous improvement strategy of customer journey.</li>
<li>Monitor and consolidate data analytics including website and social media statistics, campaign performance and competitor analysis, and share insights for future campaign recommendations.</li>
<li>Identify, evaluate and implement trending strategies, technologies and techniques of digital marketing to optimise the company’s digital spend, at the same time maximise ROI.</li>
<li>Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption and/or improvement where appropriate - in relevance to Digital Marketing and overall customer journey.</li>
<li>Work alongside the rest of the Marketing team and Claz’room team to elevate the Claz’room brand and grow market share.</li>
