Campus Events & Activities

• Lead and execute major campus events, student activities and engagement initiatives.
• Conceptualise creative, trend-forward programmes aligned with current student interests.
• Support the planning and implementation of Claz’room Orientation and signature college events.
• Assist student clubs and organisations in organising impactful, policy-compliant activities.
• Ensure all events enhance the overall Claz’mate experience.

Social Media & Digital Engagement

• Film, edit and produce engaging campus content (Reels, TikTok-style videos, podcasts, event highlights).
• Collaborate with lecturers and the marketing team to create authentic student-life content.
• Capture and showcase the Claz’room campus vibe in creative and relatable ways.
• Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them to the college environment.

Student Support & Engagement

• Serve as a key point of contact for Student Affairs initiatives.
• Respond to student enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a friendly yet professional rapport with students.
• Assist in scholarships, financial programmes and student-related administrative matters.
• Ensure student issues are managed effectively to resolution.

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure all activities comply with Claz’room policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports, documentation and expenditure summaries as required.
• Represent Student Affairs in committees when needed.
• Assist in communicating official announcements and updates to students. 

Job Requirements

• Skilled (or willing to learn) video editing tools and content production techniques.
• Trend-aware and understands the current generation’s student journey.
• Creative, proactive and full of fresh ideas.
• Independent yet a strong team player.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Educatio
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in event management, student councils, or campus organisations is an advantage.
• Basic video editing skills are preferred (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
