Job Description

Overview

The HR & People Operations Specialist will be the architect of the employee lifecycle at Clickr. You will move beyond traditional administration to drive Culture Activation, Talent Excellence, and Operational Stewardship. You are the guardian of our CTRL values (Curiosity, Tribalism, Responsibility, Leadership) and the primary support system for our most valuable asset: our people.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Values-Based Recruitment: Source, headhunt, and vet candidates who meet technical requirements and align with the CTRL framework. 
  • Onboarding Excellence: Manage the process of bringing in new hires to ensure they are culturally integrated within their 30/60/90 day check-ins.
  • Offboarding Protocol: Manage the formal offboarding checklist, including the return of company property (laptops, access cards) and the timely revocation of system access.
  • Exit Documentation: Coordinate final pay processing, accrued leave payouts, and necessary employment documentation in accordance with local labor laws


Culture & Employee Experience

  • Values Evangelism: Serve as an internal ambassador for the CTRL framework: Curiosity, Tribalism, Responsibility, and Leadership.
  • Culture Activation: Plan and execute the "Collective” calendar, including Monthly Affairs (MA), FML (Food, Mingle & Learning), annual retreats and festive celebrations.
  • Team Spirit Advocacy: Proactively identify opportunities to foster team cohesion and bridge communication gaps between departments
  • Welfare Benefits: Assist in the planning and management of welfare claims and wellness benefits
  • Vendor Relations: Source and negotiate with external service providers to ensure the agency receives the best value.


People Development & Performance

  • Performance Framework: Oversee the half-yearly appraisal process and the HR Scorecard system to drive growth and accountability.
  • L&D Management: Collaborate with supervisors to identify skill gaps and source training that follows our 75/25 technical-to-soft-skills ratio.
  • Succession Planning: Assist in identifying high-potential employees for promotion and managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) where necessary
  • Employee Relations: Act as a neutral mediator for internal disputes and handle grievances or disciplinary actions with empathy and documentation.


HR Operations & Compliance

  • Error-Free Data Management: Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave within HREasily with extreme detail orientation and zero-error tolerance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts and internal policies remain compliant with the employment law across regions. 
  • Policy Stewardship: Draft and refine SOPs and internal handbooks to govern agency behavior effectively

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an advertising industry
  • Savviness: The ability to adeptly use and leverage digital technologies (including AI) to solve problems and drive business value.
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to collect and analyze information to make informed people-decisions.
  • Communication: Clearly and concisely conveying (written & verbal) ideas to translate goals into tactical roadmaps.
  • Timeliness: Effectively prioritizing and managing one's own time and the department's tasks
