As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company’s marketing initiatives, focusing on creating engaging content and using various digital channels to attract and engage qualified leads. You will be responsible for developing compelling content, managing social media, and identifying potential clients. Additionally, you will filter and qualify leads through introductory calls, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects, and streamline the appointment-setting process to support the Sales team in closing deals effectively. 

• Manage and update content across the company’s social media channels, including the creation of graphics, images, videos, and scheduling of posts.
• Propose fresh ideas and creative concepts to enhance social media engagement and brand presence.
• Conduct regular research and analysis to better understand target audiences, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and supporting materials.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance; prepare reports and present insights to the team for continuous improvement.
• Create impactful visual and media assets that drive internal and external communications, campaign engagement, and go-to-market strategies.
• Filter and qualify leads from marketing campaigns through introductory calls, and schedule appointments for the Sales Representative.
• Ensure accurate communication of lead information and appointment details to the Sales team.
• Assist with any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

•  At least diploma or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prefer to have minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Sales/Digital Marketing, ideally in digital marketing/software industry
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Aggressive, results oriented, willing to accept challenges & high achievers
• Basic video editing skills (JianYing, Canva, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to support ideas with data
• Good communications skills over telephone
• Mandarin Language is needed to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines
• Self-initiative and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry systems.
• Malaysian.
