Our Core Values

The Accounts Executive plays a key role in the financial management of the organization by supporting day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. This role ensures accurate financial records, supports strategic planning, and assists in maintaining the company’s fiscal health.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Manage daily accounting operations including receivable, and general ledger entries.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate recording of sales transactions, monitoring discrepancies and investigating anomalies.</li>
<li>Monitor daily cash expenses, ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Help track and report company cash flow, including the management of petty cash and other minor operational expenditures.</li>
<li>Maintain the supplier ledger, ensuring that all invoices and supplier-related transactions are accurately recorded.</li>
<li>Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, adhering to payment terms.</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end close processes.</li>
<li>Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.</li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.</li>
<li>Assist with audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and aging reports.</li>
<li>Prepare and file tax returns, including SST and corporate tax (as applicable).</li>
<li>Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required.</li>
<li>Contribute to financial analysis to support business decisions and cost-saving initiatives</li>
