Boutique Manager

Role Summary

The Boutique Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operational management of the Maison Kitsuné boutique located at TRX Mall. This role ensures the store consistently delivers an exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets and maintaining Maison Kitsuné brand standards. The Boutique Manager oversees all store operations, including team management, inventory control, and coordination with headquarters to ensure smooth and efficient retail operations. 

Key Responsibilities

Business & Sales Management

● Lead the boutique team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

● Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive business growth.

● Maintain a boutique environment that reflects Maison Kitsuné brand image and standards.

● Build strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business.

Team Leadership

● Manage staff scheduling, manpower planning, and shift allocation.

● Coach and develop the team to strengthen product knowledge and selling skills.

● Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment while ensuring accountability and performance standards.

Operations Management

● Oversee daily boutique operations including opening and closing procedures.

● Ensure operational excellence in cash handling, store security, and safety procedures.

● Maintain store maintenance, cleanliness, packaging supplies, and general store readiness.

Stock & Inventory Control

● Oversee all stock movements including deliveries, transfers, and returns.

● Ensure inventory accuracy through daily stock checks, monthly stock takes, and annual audits.

● Work closely with logistics and merchandising teams to maintain product availability.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Collaborate with HQ departments including Merchandising, HR, Finance, Logistics, Visual Merchandising, PR, and E-commerce.

● Ensure timely communication and reporting of boutique operations and performance.

Experience:

  •  Minimum 4 year of experience in this role. 

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is required.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
