Sales Associate

Role Summary

The Sales Associate may handle the Maison Kitsuné brand at the TRX outlet and support the boutique team in delivering excellent customer service while assisting with daily store operations. This role focuses on customer engagement, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting the sales team to achieve overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

● Welcome customers and provide attentive assistance.

● Support the team in achieving daily sales targets.

● Provide accurate product information to customers.

Store Support

● Maintain boutique cleanliness and product display standards.

● Assist with packaging preparation and shopping bag replenishment.

● Ensure fitting rooms and sales areas remain organized.

Operational Support

● Assist with point-of-sale transactions following cash handling procedures.

● Support store opening and closing tasks when required.

● Assist with stock replenishment and stockroom organization.

Stock Handling

● Support inventory management through stock replenishment and stock counts.

● Ensure proper handling and care of merchandise.

Experience:

•  Minimum 1 year of experience in this role. 

Languages:

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is required.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
