Job Description

Influencer Coordination

• Conduct research to identify influencers aligned with campaign objectives.
• Assist in outreach, onboarding, and maintaining strong working relationships with influencers.

Campaign Execution

• Support the rollout of marketing and influencer campaigns from start to finish.
• Manageand organize key campaign assets, including creative materials, briefs, and reports.
• Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to keep everything on track.

Campaign Oversight & Problem Solving

• Track campaign performance and ensure everything is running smoothly and on schedule.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during campaign execution.

Event Support

• Assist with the planning and execution of events such as influencer meetups and brand activations.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot any challenges that come up during live events.

Client Relationships

• Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients, understand their needs and ensuring a smooth experience across campaigns.

Market Awareness

• Keep an eye on trends in the influencer and social media space and flag anything relevant to the team.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrates a proactive approach to executing creative marketing and influencer campaigns.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for both internal collaboration and external influencer engagement.
