 Job Description (Intern Project Lead – Exhibition Projects)

• Assist in coordinating exhibition booth projects from planning to installation and dismantling.
• Support communication between client, sales, design team, vendors, and organisers.
• Help track project scope changes and assist in documenting variation orders (VO) for approval.
• Assist in maintaining project timelines (fabrication, printing, logistics, and site schedule).
• Support cost tracking by updating budgets, quotations, and basic cost comparisons.
• Help ensure site requirements are followed, including basic safety rules, permits, and organiser guidelines.
• Assist in checking basic quality of booth setup, including graphics placement, alignment, and finishes.
• Support procurement tasks such as preparing purchase orders, following up with vendors, and tracking deliveries.
• Coordinate internally to ensure drawings, artwork, and specifications are ready before production.
• Help maintain project documentation and update internal knowledge systems.
• Assist in evaluating vendor performance and maintaining records for future reference.
• Provide support during peak periods, including on-site coordination when required.
• Use digital tools and project platforms to support project tracking and team coordination.

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in project coordination, events, or exhibition industry.
• Basic understanding of project workflow (planning, coordination, execution) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or project management tools is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and able to coordinate with different teams and vendors.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to follow instructions while taking initiative when needed.
• Willing to work on-site during setup periods, including extended hours or weekends if required.
• Comfortable using digital tools (including AI tools) to improve productivity.
• Able to commit to the internship duration (e.g., 3–6 months).
