 Job Description (Junior 3D Designer / Project Support)

• Assist Senior 3D Designer in preparing and revising booth drawings (layout plans, 3D visuals, technical drawings).
• Execute drawing revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback from senior, sales, and clients.
• Support project coordination across design and project teams to ensure drawings are up-to-date.
• Help maintain drawing versions and ensure correct files are issued for production.
• Assist in preparing artwork placement, measurements, and basic technical details before production.
• Support material selection, references, and simple 3D modeling tasks.
• Work closely with project team to meet deadlines for fabrication and installation.
• Learn and follow exhibition requirements (basic construction, materials, and site constraints).
• Assist in updating project documentation and internal knowledge system.
• Support urgent tasks when required (including peak periods or weekends).

What We’re Looking For

• Basic knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g. SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar).
• Familiar with AutoCAD or technical drawing is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple revisions.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities (Junior 3D Designer)

1. Drawing Preparation

• Assist in preparing 2D and 3D drawings based on given concepts.
• Support creation of layout plans, elevations, and simple details.
• Follow company templates and standards for all drawings.

2. Drawing Revision (Core Role)

• Revise drawings based on feedback from Senior Designer.
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, alignment, and layout updates.
• Deliver revisions on time with minimal errors.

3. 3D Modeling & Visuals

• Support basic 3D modeling and scene setup.
• Assist in producing simple renderings for presentation.
• Update models according to design changes.

4. Artwork & Detailing Support

• Assist in placing artwork into drawings correctly.
• Check basic sizing, proportion, and positioning.
• Support simple detailing for production reference.

5. File & Version Management

• Maintain organized drawing files and folders.
• Ensure correct version control for all revisions.
• Archive final drawings properly after completion.

6. Software & Technical Skills Development

• Improve proficiency in required design software (e.g. SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Learn basic construction methods and materials.
• Follow internal workflows and drawing standards.

7. Team Support

• Support Senior Designer with ad-hoc design tasks.
• Follow instructions and feedback closely.
• Assist in meeting design deadlines during peak periods.
