About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Web Developer who is early in their career — fresh graduates and bootcamp grads are highly encouraged to apply.

You don’t need to know everything yet, we care much more about how you think, learn, and solve problems than how many frameworks you’ve memorized.

If you enjoy building things, debugging weird issues, and improving yourself through learning, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain beautiful, user-friendly web applications that feel great to use
• Work with React for UI components and Ruby on Rails APIs on the backend
• Turn Figma designs into responsive webpages using Tailwind CSS
• Implement ticket purchase flows, including integrating payment gateways
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and collaborate on new features with the team
• Test your own features to ensure they work before shipping

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• A solid grasp of programming fundamentals—you should be comfortable reasoning through simple logic problems and explaining how your code work.
• Ability to create clean, responsive layouts using modern CSS techniques
• Familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework (React preferred, but Vue/Svelte/Next is fine)
• Clear, structured thinking and the ability to explain your decisions
• Curiosity, willingness to learn quickly, and openness to feedback
• Good communication and ability to work in a team
