How are we special? 

About the Role (Project-Based / Freelance)
We are looking for a freelance Project Lead to manage website design &amp; build projects or web app development projects on a project-by-project basis. You will oversee each assignment from planning to delivery, working closely with our internal designers, developers, and the client. Each engagement focuses on one project at a time, with a clear scope, timeline, and deliverables.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Understand client requirements clearly, ask questions for clarification, and translate them into actionable tasks for designers and developers. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Plan project timelines with reasonable buffers and sufficient UAT time before launch. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Review all client change requests, clarify details when necessary, and ensure full understanding before briefing the team. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate closely with designers and developers to ensure tasks are clear, timelines are realistic, and progress is on track. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Review team outputs to ensure they meet the requirements before updating the client. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage client expectations proactively, particularly on timelines, and provide early updates if any delays or issues are identified. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Lead and coordinate the entire project lifecycle for the assigned project, from kickoff to final delivery. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor project delivery to ensure it stays within agreed time, scope, cost, and quality. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify issues early and propose practical solutions to keep the project moving smoothly. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Highlight risks and provide options to help management make informed decisions.</li>
</ul>
