Job Description
- Assist in the end-to-end process of talent acquisition, which includes managing job posts, screening through applicants, arranging interviews and keeping database up-to-date.
- Be involved in the creation and maintenance of internal HR guidelines to smoothen HR processes.
- Participate in organizing monthly engagement activities with the goal of improving bond among team members.
- Assist in handling administrative tasks such as processing of claims and overtime submissions to ensure accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any relevant courses.
- Good command of verbal and written English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proactive in learning and completing tasks assigned.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 products such as Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Final year students are encouraged to apply.
