Join us as an Ops-Tech Pre-Sales specialist and help shape how organisations run smarter using advanced command & control platforms (Mozart).

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to expert for our Operations Command & Control platform (Mozart)
  • Lead technical solutioning and customer engagement across the sales lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Sales and partners to drive winning proposals and campaigns
  • Design solutions from scratch — including architecture, sizing, and costing
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly narratives
  • Support customer workshops, demos, and opportunity qualification
  • Contribute ideas to evolve our Ops-Tech offerings and go-to-market approach

  • Command & Control platforms (PSIM)
  • Security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection)
  • Facilities & building systems (BMS, CMMS, HVAC, utilities)
  • Cloud architectures and modern software (microservices)

Job Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Atleast 1 - 3 years in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role
  • Ability to design end-to-end solutions (architecture, sizing, costing)
  • Strong commercial mindset — able to identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
  • Comfortable engaging customers and managing technical discussions & escalations
  • Experience working in matrix environments and cross-functional teams
  • Familiar with sales lifecycle, CRM tools, and solution workshops
  • Bonus: Exposure to PSIM, facilities systems, or ops-tech environments
