Job Description

  • In charge of Support Operations and maintaining good rapport with the customers.
  • Ensure all SLA are met effectively giving good customer experience.
  • Ensure Preventive Maintenance are carried out according to schedule for all customers.
  • Monitor and resolve issues with customer systems
  • Maintain a 90% customer satisfaction rating
  • Guide and coach technical team members to achieve objectives
  • Participate in internal projects for next generation solutions
  • Undergo constant learning and certifications to ensure that you are updated with latest knowledge in technology and well-equipped to carry out tasks and projects assigned
  • Assist delivery team when needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud or technical engineering roles
  • Strong experience in delivering cloud-based solutions and technical support
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Sangfor, Azure Local, S2D or VMWare is preferred)
  • Experience in Veeam Backup and Replicatio or Sangfor Backup, ADR
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of system operations and service reliability
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience in mentoring or guiding junior engineers is an advantage
  • Continuous learning mindset with focus on certifications and emerging technologies.
