 Job Summary
We are looking for an AI Automation Executive to help improve productivity and efficiency across the company through the implementation of AI tools and automation workflows. The role involves identifying repetitive tasks, creating automated solutions, testing AI applications, and supporting teams in adopting AI-powered processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify manual and repetitive processes that can be automated.
• Design and implement automation workflows using AI and no-code tools.
• Research, evaluate, and test new AI tools and technologies.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for content creation, reporting, administration, and operations.
• Create and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Monitor and optimize existing automations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members on AI tools and best practices.
• Work closely with management to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Ensure data security and compliance when implementing AI solutions.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with workflow automation.
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with project management tools and productivity software.
• Knowledge of digital marketing workflows is an added advantage.
