• Generate Leads & Drive Sales: Identify potential clients, convert leads into sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to grow our customer base.
• Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business.
• Organize Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and showcase our services.
• Utilize Digital Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of web design, Google Ads, and social media advertising trends to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Provide Excellent Service: Offer top-notch customer service and maintain up-to-date knowledge in digital marketing and web design.
• Conduct Market Research: Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of our services.
• Report & Forecast Sales: Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts, and report progress to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of social media, digital marketing platforms and SaaS (a plus).
