Job Description

• Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms. 
• Plan and execute campaigns including targeting, budgeting, ad creation, and performance optimization. 
• Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and competitive analysis to improve campaign performance and search visibility. 
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to maximize ROI and conversions. 
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to align marketing and advertising strategies. 
• Track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics using analytics tools. 
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. 
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and paid media campaigns.
• Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management and optimization.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and insights.
• Proficient in Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, with awareness of digital marketing trends and updates.
