You will be responsible for growing and securing advertising revenue for Clozette Malaysia.  It involves generating ideas and pitching proposals to existing and new clients that consists of both Agencies and Brands. 

- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing and new clients and agencies

- Secure campaign briefs from existing and potential clients & develop compelling ideas/proposals based on client briefs in order to achieve their objectives which includes determining the Budget and KPI

- Components for the proposal may include but are not limited to the following:

o   Content creation leveraging both internal editorial & production resources and Social Influencers/KOLs

o   Content distribution and amplification using both Clozette’s assets and also assets of Influencers/KOLs

o   Engagement campaigns where we educate the target market through fun and interesting ways

o   Amplification of campaigns through Clozette’s various assets

o   On-Ground events held for our community where we can inject client products

- Present the proposal to clients and close the deal

- Work closely with our campaign, creative & production team to make sure that client campaigns are implemented successfully and KPIs are achieved

- Present the final report to clients 

- Experienced in media sales and content marketing on various digital and social media platforms. 
- Experienced and proven track record in generating revenue – pitching, securing and developing relationships with clients

- Experienced in developing and presenting ideas/proposals, preferably at least 8 years in the digital media

- Passionate about social media, content marketing and online advertising

- Enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated

- Highly dynamic and results-driven with excellent sales and people skills

- A good understanding of content marketing and the local influencer scene preferred 

- Candidates with prior experience in digital agencies, content marketing and/or digital publishers preferred
