Key responsibilities of the Regional Business Process Excellence (BPE) Manager - APAC includes:
1. Drive business process standardization, TCA and sustainability assessment, and continual improvements
2. Lead or assist the implementation of strategic / complex new-business-win projects / internal CEVA projects (operational and system aspect)
3. Manage business requirements for both Operations and IT systems with customers
4. Ensuring process compliance through trainings of fellow BPE team members and Operations team members
5. Work with operations to develop and deliver opportunities for improvements with actionable deployment plans
6. Support bottom-up continuous improvement through station level adoption of Lean practices (i.e. KAIZEN)
7. Assist in monitoring and analysing Operational KPI (in terms of quality, productivity, compliance)
8. Support ground stations and command centres in CEVA Transport Classification Assessment (TCA) implementation
9. Ensure maintenance / refreshing of Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Training slides and process documentations
10. Assist in onboarding processes related to new products and businesses
