  1. Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for the Talent Review activities within the designated purview.
  • Responsible for the manpower planning and ensure all hiring are as per Business requirement.
  • Responsible in matters related to industrial relations, employee disciplines as well as employee relations to ensure harmonious and conducive workplace.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and preservation of human resources.

 

 

  1. Duties
  • Builds partnership across the products/functions to deliver value added services to management and employees.
  • Support stakeholders in the Recruitment related process and activities.
  • Support stakeholders in Training and Development related process and activities.
  • Support stakeholders in Payroll related process and activities.
  • Support stakeholders in Compensation and Benefits; and Performance Management related process and activities.
  • Familiarise and provide guidance on new rules and regulations related matters.
  • Conduct, manage and close audit process and findings with Stakeholder/ Customer/ External audit.
  • Provide HR policies and procedures guidance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Frequent site/department visits.
  • Other tasks in the company which is required.
