Key Accountabilities

• To generate shipping documents and PGI into system on time.
• Record into Dock Cut Spreadsheet for the items which have amended
• Fax Loading Summary to CP Spore
• To Generate the Custom Form for Spore on time
• File all the Shipping Documents. ( Esat Malaysia , Export , Spore and Co- Packing
• To ensure blind count counts are conducted timely and accurately and counter check vs  Import PO.
• Print Label for import Shipment and pass to operation team .
• To other Job assigned from time to time
• To ensure overtime is controlled within the agreed limit
• To measure and monitor LEAN activity within the department Ensure ISO standards procedures are adhered at all times.

Duties

• To ensure 5s concept is practiced and implemented under your responsibility.
• To facilitate and support towards kaizen approach in the warehouse and office.
• To support other operation functions from time to time.

Education and Experience

• At least SPM or Diploma in any field
• Preferred 2 years’ experience in related Function, advantages if with FMCG warehousing and distribution and related services.
• Must have basic computer knowledge and basic MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel & Power point
• Familiar with the SAP / WMS system

Languages and Communication Skills

• Malay
• English
• Good communication skills.

Computer Skills

• Microsofts office (Words, Power Point & Excel)
