• Implementing, and maintaining the QHSE management system and ensuring that it continues to be compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS 9120, GDP, GDPMD and other related standards
• Plan, coordinating, monitoring and lead the Internal QHSE Audit Cycle, ensuring that yearly internal audit is completed as per schedule
• To liase with respective stakeholders including external parties on matters concerning QHSE e.g. external audit schedule arrangement
• Provide support to relevant department/operations in closing/resolving customer complaints, internal audit findings, discrepancies found timely. 
• Conduct training & briefing on QHSE related subjects to new employee and existing employee as part of the IMS requirements.
• Administer and maintain the full spectrum of CEVA central Document Control Management, including CEVA QMS document control registers, ensuring that documents are registered, updated and re-issued as requested.
• Review and update Malaysia QHSE documents to reflect latest practices as well as per procedure requirement
• Organise for Annual Management Review with all Department Heads and Managers to ensure the suitability and compliance of the company’s Integrated Management System
• Updates and share applicable local legislation / regulations in related to OSHA, DOE, BOMBA Non Conformance Management, which include tracking, follow up and ensure completion of non-conformity report raised from internal and external audits, assisting and ensuring it is meeting quality expectation and corrective action taken is effectively implemented.
• Ensuring new operation processes steps & flows documented in QMS (SOP/WI/FORM/Control Plan) during Project Implementation & meet accordance to ISO9001, A9120,GDPMD,GDP, HALAL, Customer and Regulatory Requirement Supplier Management, which including yearly scheduling of Supplier audits, as per required by Global procedures
• Participate in Project Start-Up/Implementation in ensuring customer quality requirements are fulfilled, prior to Go-Live, by conducting Pre-Audit and Post-Audit as required by the ZDS team.
• Participate in gemba walk & SHC meeting
• Any job assigned by management that related with QMS and Quality Improvement
