In this role, you will be reporting to the APAC Network Lead of APAC Infrastructure & Operations team based in Singapore and a functional working into CMA global network team in France.
As a Unified Communications Expert - Unified Communication, you will lead the implementation of UC projects across the APAC region, ensuring they align with our company's mission. Your responsibilities will include managing the deployment of APAC UC projects, troubleshooting, user support and collaborating with regional and global team members. Additionally, you will work closely with vendors to ensure they meet CMA standards and align with business needs.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both teams and vendors. The ideal candidate will enhance efficiency and competitiveness through the proficient use of technology within the organization.
