YOUR ROLE

• Perform receiving accurately and within specified timeline.
•    Perform putaway accurately and within time provided.
•    To ensure all orders checked, picked & packed correctly as per list.    
•    Visual inspection on picked stock to ensure all stock are damage free.
•    Check container condition before and after loading.
•    Perform daily cycle count.
•    Product labelling-Inbound/Outbound cargo checking-Issuing FGIs to productions-Return/Damage Handling.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 1. Visual check and scan each product.

 2. Count the picked quantity vs pick slip.

•     3. Tick on the pick slip to confirm SKU and quantity already checked.
•     4. Upon completion of checking, checker to write name on the pick slip.
•     5. Arrange the checked products into cartons.
•     6. To perform packing as per guide given.
•     7. To ensure cartons are properly sealed.
•     8. To ensure system confirmation are done upon packed.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Education and Experience

· Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management or equivalent qualifications.

· Minimum 2 years working experiences in warehousing or similar capacity.

Languages and Communication Skills

· Can converse and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

· Knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage.

· Ability to interact well with all level of employees.

Computer Skills

• Possesses relevant IT skills in MS Office applications.

· Outlook

· Power Point

· Excel (Macro and VBA Preferable)

· Word

· MS-Access (optional)

· Knowledgeable with WMS / SAP system
