1.           Key Accountabilities

• Supervise daily picking activities to achieve shift target
• To manage and supervise the picking operation. To ensure all orders are picked and dispatch on time
• Managing operations leaders and pickers

2.   Duties

• To ensure & supervise all orders are picked timely and accurately
• To ensure the agreed picking processes and procedures are strictly adhered
• To plan picking activity accordingly against truck arrival timing to avoid congestion on the staging area
• To work with customer service team in ensuring pick list are released on timely manner
• To work closely with inventory team when encounter short pick and location errors
• To ensure replenishment and housekeeping are done promptly
• Strengthen controls and maintain good physical stock inventory
• To ensure & supervise cycle counts are conducted daily and weekly
• To oversee and supervise the maintenance on MHE
• To monitor pickers productivity
• To ensure overtime is controlled within the agreed limit
• To initiative on the job training among the staffs and all OJT should be recorded and filed
• To measure and monitor LEAN activity LEAN activity within the department and ensure ISO standards procedures are adhered at all times
• To ensure 5S concept is practiced and implemented under your responsibility
• To established & initiative Kaizen approach in the warehouse and office
