Job Description
Ideal candidate will manage one of the business divisions that specialized in marketing, solution/product selling. S/he will support across all phases of the sales management and business development cycle
Job Requirements
- Degree/Master/PHD in any disciplines
- Min 3+ years’ experience in IT industry
- Candidates with strong sales experience from other industries are encourage to apply
- Experience in sales management and work closely with teams that combine multi-disciplinary skills on pre-sales & after sales
- Knowledge in product selling, outsourcing methodology and solutions selling
- Knowledge in digital marketing and analytic concept will be an added advantage
- Proven ability to lead / inspire teams to deliver high quality solutions, resolve issue, and achieve challenging objectives in a highly competitive environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
- Knowledge in Healthcare, Financial, Retails and Distribution industries within Malaysia and South East Asia is an added advantage.
