Job Description

1. Software Testing & Automation Support 

• Assist the testing team by learning and using software test automation tools. • 
• Support the creation of basic automated test scripts based on defined test scenarios and requirements. 
• Execute automated test cases and assist in test runs as guided by the testing team.  
• Document test execution results, defects, and observations using the appropriate testing tools or templates. 

2. Training Material Preparation & LMS Support 

• Assist in the preparation, formatting, and organisation of training materials for upload into the Learning Management System (LMS).  
• Support the development of training content by reviewing requirements and aligning materials with defined training topics.  
• Explore and assist in the use of LMS platforms such as Moodle, including basic configuration and content upload activities.    

3. System Analysis & Requirements Support  

• Assist in reviewing functional requirements or change requests under supervision.  
• Help translate simple requirements into test scenarios or training use cases.  
• Support traceability between requirements, test cases, and training materials.  

Job Requirements

1. Student pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  
2. Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.  
3. Familiarity with programming or documentation tools.  
4. Willingness to learn, able to follow guidance, and work well in a team.  
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
