 What You’ll Do & Learn:

• Monitor & Maintain Operations – Oversee retail facilities and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Incident Handling – Report, document, and escalate incidents following SOPs.
• Zabbix Deployment – Get practical experience in installing and configuring system monitoring tools.
• System Compliance – Learn how to work within professional SOPs and organizational policies.
• Daily & Weekly Maintenance – Manage operation logs and conduct generator set inspections.
• Ad Hoc IT Support – Support additional technical tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking & databases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.); knowledge of .NET & Zabbix is a plus.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with good communication skills.
• A team player eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
