Job Descriptions:

1. To handle project/sub-project under IT Core Banking OR IT Non-Core team in CBP with minimum supervision.
2. Provide technical support for IT Core Banking OR Non-Core Application System.
3. To perform L1 and L2 support to production issue – Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, testing and solution implementation.
4. Support external and internal regulatory compliance and audit exercise, including DR activity.
5. Ensure the vendor’s solution deliverables,deployment and documentation conform to the standard and procedure.
6. To review the yearly renewal maintenance and support agreement with all vendors under non-core team supervision.
7. To provide all documentation related with the non-core team. 
8. Ready to perform special task given from time to time.

Job Requirements

Required Skill and Work Experience: -

1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in related field (preferably in Financial Service/Banking Institution industry).
3. Experienced in any IT Core Banking (GL, Core Banking, Islamic financing) OR Non-Core Banking (System such as Treasury System, HR System, Electronic Document Management System,e-Learning or other related non-core system) is an advantage. 
4. Experienced in handling any IT projects.
5. Competent in technical and non-technical (paperwork/any related documentations). 
6. Written and verbal fluency in English and Malay.
7. Able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
8. Proactive and team player.
9. Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Willingness to learn and share.
