Job Description

1. Design Assistance

• Assist in preparing mood boards, concept proposals, space planning, and layout ideas.
• Support basic 3D sketches and renderings.
• Assist in selecting materials, furniture, color schemes, and decorative items.

2. Drawing & Documentation Support

• Help prepare basic drawings such as floor plans, furniture layouts, and simple joinery details.
• Organize and update design files, project folders, and material sample records.

3. Site & Project Support

• Attend site visits with Project Designer / Project Manager.
• Assist in site measurements, progress photo documentation, and quality inspection checklists.
• Report site issues and observations to supervisor.

4. Procurement & Styling Support

• Assist in sourcing furniture, lighting, and décor items.
• Support final styling and setup of units before handover.
• Prepare simple inventory lists for completed units.

5. Administrative Support

• Prepare presentation slides for design proposals.
• Update project trackers (Excel / Google Sheets / Asana).
• Support the renovation team in daily coordination tasks.

Job Requirements

•  Diploma / Degree student in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Strong interest in renovation and property design.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to follow instructions.
