Job Description

  • Manage hotel reservations through the property management system (PMS), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes.
  • Monitor and update room availability and rates across multiple distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and the hotel website.
  • Create, update, and maintain OTA listings to ensure accurate property information, room details, pricing, availability, and promotional content across all platforms.
  • Support to the operation of front desk / customer service team during high-volume periods, including handling guest inquiries and resolving booking discrepancies.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including updating customer profile, processing reservations, and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Support revenue/sales team on day to day operations
  • Tenant/guest management, ensuring clear communications and practise of clear follow up schedule
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Document recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Perform any ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or property management operations (fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered).
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), OTA platforms, or hotel distribution channels is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of online travel platforms and booking management processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and data.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, tenants, and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle booking discrepancies or guest inquiries professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic administrative tasks.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
