Job Description

• Create engaging and high-quality content for Facebook and Instagram, including graphics, copy, and videos.
• Assist in developing and executing social media content calendars, ensuring timely posting aligned with marketing strategies.
• Monitor social media platforms, interact with followers, and respond to comments and messages.
• Conduct research to identify trending topics, content ideas, and competitor activities to enhance strategies.
• Analyze the performance of posts and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Support administrative tasks, content scheduling, and other digital marketing activities as needed.
• Provide support during baby expos, assisting with event promotions, managing social media presence, and interacting with visitors.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and experience with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Creative thinking and a passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to support and be on duty at baby expos when needed.
