Job Description

Quality Assurance & Halal Compliance:

• You’ll ensure all products comply with Halal certification requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
• You’ll conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished goods.
• You’ll monitor and uphold food safety and hygiene standards in the factory.
• You’ll assist in Halal audits and liaise with certification bodies for compliance.
• You’ll train and guide staff on Halal guidelines, food safety, and quality standards.
• You’ll investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality.

Job Requirements

Stock & Warehouse Management:

• You'll receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials and finished products.
• You'll ensure proper storage and inventory control to maintain product quality and prevent spoilage.
• You'll conduct regular stock checks and audits, ensuring no discrepancies.
• You’ll maintain accurate stock movement records and update inventory systems accordingly.
• You’ll ensure the warehouse is clean, well-organized, and adheres to food safety regulations.
