We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchaser to manage daily purchasing operations and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, cost control, order management, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong negotiation skills, good organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Job Requirements

 Purchasing Operations / 采购执行

• Handle daily purchasing activities including sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, and order placement.
  负责日常采购工作，包括询价、比价、议价及下单。 
• Prepare and process purchase orders (PO), quotations, and related documents.
  处理采购订单（PO）、报价单及相关文件。 
• Follow up on order status and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  跟进订单进度，确保货物按时交付。 
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
  与各部门沟通，了解采购需求。 

Supplier Management / 供应商管理

• Source, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers.
  开发、评估并筛选合适的供应商。 
• Maintain supplier database and build long-term relationships.
  建立并维护供应商数据库及合作关系。 
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of price, quality, and delivery.
  监督供应商在价格、质量及交期方面的表现。 
• Resolve issues related to supply delays or product quality.
  处理供货延误或质量问题。 

Cost & Inventory Control / 成本与库存控制

• Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing.
  进行市场调查，确保采购价格具竞争力。 
• Assist in cost analysis and budget control.
  协助成本分析及预算控制。 
• Work with warehouse or relevant teams to monitor inventory levels.
  与仓库或相关部门配合，监控库存水平。 
• Prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
  避免库存积压或缺货情况。 

Coordination & Support / 内部协调与支持

• Coordinate with finance on payment processing and invoicing.
  与财务部门配合处理付款及发票事宜。 
• Support urgent or project-based purchasing requirements.
  支持紧急采购或项目采购需求。 
• Assist in company operations related to procurement activities.
  协助与采购相关的公司运营工作。
