Job Title: Account Manager (B2B / Coffee & Vending Solutions)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow our existing client portfolio across office coffee solutions (OCS), vending, and café partnerships. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities to maximise revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients (corporate, offices, commercial sites) 
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and service coordination 
  • Monitor client performance and ensure machines are operating efficiently 
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (OCS, vending, café solutions) 
  • Work closely with Operations & Customer Service to resolve issues promptly 
  • Conduct regular site visits and client reviews to maintain service quality 
  • Prepare reports on account performance, revenue growth, and client feedback 
  • Handle contract renewals, negotiations, and service agreements 
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 
  • 3–5 years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Servicing (B2B preferred) 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-up skills 
  • Experience in FMCG, vending, coffee, or service industry is a plus 
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for site visits 

Nice to Have

  • Experience handling corporate clients or key accounts 
  • Familiar with service-based business operations 
  • Basic understanding of machine/service maintenance flow
