Job Description

We are looking for a driven and innovative Senior R&D Executive to lead product development and continuous improvement initiatives for our vending and coffee machine solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing machine performance, introducing new features, and supporting the company’s growth through innovation and technical excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Lead research, design, and development of new products, features, and system enhancements
• Improve existing machines in terms of performance, durability, cost efficiency, and user experience
• Work closely with Operations, QA, Procurement, and BD teams to align product development with business needs
• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting for machine and system improvements
• Liaise with suppliers (local & overseas, e.g. China) for product specifications, customization, and technical discussions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and product manuals
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to drive innovation
• Support deployment, pilot testing, and post-launch monitoring of new products
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO, safety requirements)
• Lead or mentor junior R&D team members (if applicable)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Industrial) or related field
• Minimum 4–5 years experience in R&D, product development, or technical engineering role
• Experience in vending machines, IoT systems, or hardware product development is an advantage
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting, system design, and product improvement
• Ability to manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiar with supplier coordination and product sourcing (especially China suppliers is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (able to explain technical concepts clearly)
