Job Description

• Workflow Automation: You are the enemy of manual processes. You will be accountable for identifying data silos across the company (e.g., Sales-to-Ops communication, Inventory-to-Finance syncs) and replacing them with seamless, automated code using tools like n8n, AI tools and REST APIs.
• Platform Optimisation: You will own the technical implementation of UX improvements across our Web Shop and ERP. Your focus will be on maximizing site speed, smoothing out the checkout flow, and managing necessary plugins to ensure a frictionless customer experience.
• Data Integrity: You will ensure our leadership team always has their finger on the pulse. You are accountable for ensuring the company Scorecard numbers are generated automatically, accurately, and in real-time.
• Internal Tool Building: You will act as an internal product builder, creating simple, custom tools that remove bottlenecks for the team. Expect to build everything from dynamic Price Calculators for the sales team to internal AI Chatbots that instantly retrieve company data.
• Infrastructure & Security: You will be the guardian of our tech stack. You are accountable for managing both hardware (laptops, printers, etc.) and software, working closely with external vendors to ensure our network and servers maintain 100% uptime.
• Daily IT Operations & Support: You are the go-to person for all things tech. Accountable for end-user support, including troubleshooting daily hardware/software issues, setting up workstations (laptops, monitors, printers), managing employee onboarding/offboarding for tech accounts, and administering our collaboration workspaces.

Job Requirements

1. Experience: 2+ years in a hybrid IT role that blends daily technical support with system automation and integration. Fresh graduates with proven freelance or entrepreneurial experience are welcome too.
2. Automation & APIs: Proven hands-on experience building workflows in platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier, coupled with a strong understanding of business processes and REST APIs and Webhooks to connect different software.
3. Builder Mindset: Basic scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and an interest in leveraging AI tools (like OpenAI) to build lightweight internal apps or chatbots that solve company bottlenecks.
4. Autonomous & Proactive: Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating as a "department of one." You do not wait for instructions; you identify manual processes and proactively build solutions.
5. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on practical experience).
