Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive-Operations with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in speaking Indonesian and have a background in Hi-Tech Services and Support or Customer Support. This role requires working from the office during the day shift. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide support for troubleshooting technical issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be a native speaker of Indonesian with proficiency in reading writing and speaking.
• Should have novice-level skills in Bahasa (Indonesian) for reading writing and speaking.
• Experience in Hi-Tech Services and Support or Customer Support is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills are beneficial.

Certifications Required

Certification in Customer Service or Technical Support is preferred.
