Job Description

Requirements:

• Having 5+ years of experience working with Documentum based applications
• Experience with providing support for existing production Documentum applications, troubleshooting, resolving problems.
• Good knowledge in install, configure, and maintain Documentum servers and applications.
• Good exposure into Documentum trouble shooting skills.
• Proficiency in Documentum API, DFC, DQL, and RESTful services.
• Good experience in ITIL processes and knowledge in Incident/Problem/Change management.
• Extensive working experience with Content Management, Doc base Security, Object Model, User Management, Alias Sets, Versioning, Workflow, and Business Object Framework.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
