Support daily map data review activities by reading interpreting and validating Chinese and English content to ensure high accuracy and consistency across mapping platforms

Handle customer facing queries related to map usage and navigation in Mandarin by providing clear explanations and empathetic responses that enhance user satisfaction

Document recurring issues and edge cases in simple bilingual language so that process teams can refine guidelines and standard operating procedures for future reference

Execute test cases on new map features and interfaces while logging observations in structured form to help product teams improve usability for diverse user groups

Identify regional cultural and linguistic nuances in Chinese map content and propose refinements that make location information more relevant and trustworthy for local users

Apply basic analytical thinking to group similar problem patterns in map data and communicate findings to process owners to drive focused quality improvement efforts
