Own functional conversion impact analysis for ECC → S/4HANA

Analyze Simplification Items and assess business impact

Drive Fit‑to‑Standard workshops with minimal redesign approach

Validate configuration consistency pre‑ and post‑conversion

Support data migration validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities

Lead SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing

Ensure integration continuity with SD, MM, FI, GTS, MDG, Ariba, BW, etc.

Support hypercare and business stabilization post Go‑Live
