Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in IT Service Management and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT service management processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of applications using ASP.NET MVC .Net Framework and ADO.NET.
• Provide technical expertise in ASP.NET Core Web API and SQL to support application development and maintenance.
• Ensure the efficient operation of .Net Core applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT services with business needs.
• Implement best practices for IT service management to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT service management processes and procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members on IT service management tools and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support the hybrid work model by coordinating remote and on-site activities effectively.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in IT Service Management with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
• Have extensive experience with ASP.NET MVC .Net Framework and ADO.NET for application development.
• Demonstrate expertise in ASP.NET Core Web API and SQL for backend development and data management.
• Show proficiency in .Net Core for developing and maintaining scalable applications.
• Have a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to align IT services with business needs.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Display strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Certifications Required

• ITIL Certification Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
