Integrate AI models and APIs with enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

Facilitate daily stand-ups at the Senior level, keeping discussions time-boxed, technical, and focused on impediments.

Own squad-level technical decisions and escalate cross-squad concerns to the SWE Lead.

Define and champion team AI development standards, including prompt engineering practices, output validation protocols, and responsible AI usage guidelines aligned with regulatory requirements (Senior).

Build organizational AI literacy through knowledge sharing, demonstrations, and documentation on emerging tools and practices (Senior).

Collaborate with QA engineers on acceptance criteria and test scenarios.

Ensure all AI-assisted development adheres to security, data protection, and compliance standards within a regulated financial services environment.

Use AI to assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, API specifications, and code comments to enterprise-grade standards.

Participate actively in sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and team discussion.
